Who we are

Enterprise Plumbing Help is a referral service that connects homeowners with independent local plumbing businesses. We are not a plumbing contractor.

What we collect

• Form submissions: the name, phone number, town, ZIP code, service type, and details you enter, plus the page you sent it from and the time.
• Phone calls: calls to our number may be routed through a call-tracking provider that records the caller's number, call time, and duration, and that may record the call. If a call is recorded, you'll hear a notice at the start of the call.
• Technical data: our hosting provider may log standard request data such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability. The site doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking scripts.

How we use it

Only to handle your plumbing request. We share your request with one or more local plumbing businesses so they can contact you about it. We don't sell your information to data brokers, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.

Text messages and calls

When you check the consent box, you agree that a plumber may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can tell the plumber to stop contacting you at any time.

Retention and your choices

We keep request records only as long as needed to handle requests and resolve disputes. To ask us to delete your request, call (334) 214-1303.

Children

This site is for adults arranging home repairs and isn't directed to children under 13.
